Tang Soo Do Punching One Steps (Il Soo Sik Dae Ryan)

Start off in Ready Stance (Choon Bee Cha Seh)

1.

 - Both hands to the right side
 - Step 45 degrees to the right into horse stance
 - Knife-hand block with left hand
 - High Punch to the face with right hand
 

2.

 - Both hands to the left side
 - Step 45 degrees to the right while delivering a left center punch to the center of the body (in a front stance)
 - Shift both hands to the right
 - Repeat # 1 Striking technique
 

3.

 - Take a small step over to the right side and slide left leg over into a fighting stance
 - While blocking the the technique with an outside/inside palm strike (right hand)
 - Step to the center into a horse stance and deliver a reinforced elbow strike to the solar plexus (also with the right elbow)
 

4.

 - Repeat # 3
 - Spin and deliver a second elbow strike with the left arm, again strike to the solar plexus
 

5.

 - Use the same blocking technique from #3 and #4
 - Step with right leg into front-stance striking with a left-handed palm strike to the center of the chest
 - Slide the left leg behind the right, keeping a small bend in the legs while delivering a right hand knife-strike to the throat
 

6.

 - Step 45 degrees with left leg
 - Inside/outside block with right hand (as if you were carrying a tray in your right hand)
 - Deliver a palm strike to the attacker's elbow with your left hand
 - Followed by a Right/Left combination to the ribs of the attacker
 - Finish with a High Punch to the temple
 

7.

 - Both hands to the right
 - Step with right leg to a 45 degree position in a horse stance
 - Inside/Outside knife-hand block with left hand
 - High knife-hand strike with right hand (temple, neck, throat or face)
 

8.

 - Step back with right leg into a fighting stance
 - Executing and inside/outisde knife-hand block with your left hand
 - Follow up the knife-hand block by counter grabbing with the left hand
 - Pull the attacker toward you
 - While executing a right elbow strike
 

9.

 - Starts like #3 or #4
 - Take a small step over to your right while sliding the left leg into a fighting stance
 - Blocking across your own body with an outside/inside palm strike
 - Reinforced elbow strike with right hand
 - Followed by a right hand back fist, down to a hammer strike to the groin
 - Finish the attacker with a sweep with you right leg to their lead leg (their right)
 
10.  - Step back with left leg into a fighting stance
 - Executing an inside/outside block with right hand and counter grab attacker's wrist
 - Step through with left leg
 - Pull wrist with right and push shoulder or elbor of attacker with left
 - Left leg sweep take down (be sure to follow attacker down)
 - Placing arm either across your leg or shin
 - Finish off by striking with the left hand to opponents arm and reverse punch (also with the left)
