Tang Soo Do Kicking One Steps (Il Soo Sik Bahl Cha Ki Bahl)

Start off in Ready Stance (Choon Bee Cha Seh)

1.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Execute Front Kick with right leg (kihap on kick)
 - Rechamber leg landing forward
 

2.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Execute Round-house Kick with right leg (kihap on kick)
 - Rechamber leg landing forward
 

3.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Execute Side Kick with right leg (kihap on kick)
 - Rechamber leg landing forward
 

4.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Spin to your right
 - Executing a Spinning-Back Kick with right leg (be sure not to over turn the body so you can maintain balance
 - Rechamber leg and continue to turn to your right back to fighting stance 
 

5.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Step 45 degrees with left leg avoiding attacker's punch
 - Execute a Side Kick (kihap on kick) with right leg (to legs, ribs, head or back)
 - Rechamber right leg stepping forward into a fighting stance
 

6.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Step 45 degrees with left leg while ducking under attacker's punch
 - Execute a Round-house Kick with right leg to attacker's solar plexus (kihap on kick)
 

7.

 - Step back into fighting-stance with righ foot
 - Execute a Front Push-kick with right leg before attacker becomes stable in his or her stance
 

8.

 - Remain in ready stance
 - As the attacker's punch comes closer, take a small step back into fighting-stance with right leg
 - Execute and inside/outside knife-hand block with left hand
 - Counter grad with both hands right away
 - Pull attacker off balance while delivering a Round-house Kick (head, body or legs) with right leg
 

9.

 - Remain in ready stance
 - As the attacker's punch comes closer, step 45 degrees with left leg
 - While executing an inside/outside knife-hand block with right hand
 - Immediately counter grab attacker's hand, executing a Hook Kick with right leg (to the back, leg or head)
 
10.  - Step back into fighting stance with right foot
 - With right leg execute an Outside/Inside Crescent Kick to block attacker's punch
 - Follow up with the left leg to execute a Spinning Crescent (inside/outside)
 - Finishing off with a right leg Round-house Kick (leg, groin or head)
 - Kihap on Round-house kick
