(Ready Stance)

NORTH

Choon Bee is not a technique, it is a stance. In this position one's mind should be empty waiting for a command.

1.

Hu Gul Jaseh
(Fighting/Back Stance)

NORTH

From Choon Bee Jaseh, step back (right leg in rear) into Hu Gul Jaseh.

2. Ahp Cha Kee
(Front Kick)

NORTH

Execute an Ahp Cha Kee with right foot, landing in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front).

3. Dwi Cha Kee
(Back Kick) w/ Ki Hap

NORTH

(Shi Sun: Looking over your left shoulder to the rear), execute a Dwi Cha Kee with your left leg and simultaneously Ki Hap.

Mirro Yup Cha Kee
(Stepping Side Kick)

NORTH

From Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front), execute a Yup Cha Kee with your right leg.

4a. Sang Dan Mahk Kee
(High Block)

NORTH

As you rechamber your right leg, begin to shift into your Jun Gul Jaseh (Front Stance) and execute a Sang Dan Mahk Kee with your right hand.
4b. Sang Dan Kong Kyuk
(High Punch) w/Ki Hap

NORTH

Follow up with a San Dan Kong Kyuk with your left hand and simultaneously Ki Hap.

Anheso Pakuro Mahk Kee
(Inside/Outside Block)

NORTH

Execute an Anheso Pakuro Mahk Kee with your left hand and shift into your Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).

Anheso Pakuro Cha Kee
(Inside/Outside Kick / Axe Kick)

NORTH

Without any additional movement, perform an Anheso Pakuro Cha Kee with your left foot. End in Hu Gul Jaseh (left leg forward).

Pahkeso Ahnuro Mahk Kee
(Outside/Inside Block)

NORTH

Execute an Pahkeso Ahnuro Mahk Kee with your left hand while shifting into Jun Gul Jaseh (left leg forward).
7a. Jung Dan Kong Kyuk
(Center Punch, Front Stance)

NORTH

Perform a Jung Dan Kong Kyuk with your right hand.
8. Doll Ryo Cha Kee
(Roundhouse Kick)

NORTH

Execute an Ahp Doll Ryo Cha Kee with your right leg landing in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front).

Ha Dan Mahk Kee
(Low Block)

NORTH

Perform a Ha Dan Mahk Kee with your right hand while shifting into Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).
9a. Ha Dan Kong Kyuk
(Low Punch)

NORTH

Execute a Ha Dan Kong Kyuk with your left hand while remaining in Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).
10. E Dan Ahp Cha Kee
(Jumping Front Kick) w/ Ki Hap

NORTH

Execute an E Dan Ahp Cha Kee with your right foot and simultaneously Ki Hap. Land in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).

Kee Mah Jaseh
(Horse Stance)

WEST

(Shi Sun: Looking to the left), shift left and drop into Kee Mah Jaseh
11a. Sang Soo Ha Dan Mahk Kee
(Low X Block)

WEST

Execute a Sang Soo Ha Dan Mahk Kee

11b. Sang Soo Sang Dan Mahk Kee
(High X Block)

WEST

Followed by a Sang Soo Sang Dan Mahk Kee.

Sang Soo Ha Dahn Yup Mahk Kee
(Double Low Block)

WEST

Jump upward while executing a Double Low Block, landing with feet slightly apart.

Hu Gul Jaseh
(Fighting/Back Stance)

WEST

Step back into Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in rear).
14.

Yup Cha Kee
(Side Kick)

WEST

Execute a Yup Cha Kee with your right foot, landing in Hu Gul Jaseh (right foot forward).

14a. Kap Kwon
(Back Fist) w/ Ki Hap

WEST

Follow up with a Kap Kwon and simultaneously Ki Hap.

(Fighting/Back Stance)

SOUTH

(Shi Sun: Looking to the left), slide into Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in rear).

16. Ahp Cha Kee
(Front Kick)

SOUTH

Execute an Ahp Cha Kee with right foot, landing in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front).

17. Dwi Cha Kee
(Back Kick) w/ Ki Hap

SOUTH

(Shi Sun: Looking over your left shoulder to the rear), execute a Dwi Cha Kee with your left leg and simultaneously Ki Hap.

Mirro Yup Cha Kee
(Stepping Side Kick)

SOUTH

From Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front), execute a Yup Cha Kee with your right leg.

18a. Sang Dan Mahk Kee
(High Block)

SOUTH

As you rechamber your right leg, begin to shift into your Jun Gul Jaseh (Front Stance) and execute a Sang Dan Mahk Kee with your right hand.
18b. Sang Dan Kong Kyuk
(High Punch) w/Ki Hap

SOUTH

Follow up with a San Dan Kong Kyuk with your left hand and simultaneously Ki Hap.

Anheso Pakuro Mahk Kee
(Inside/Outside Block)

SOUTH 

Execute an Anheso Pakuro Mahk Kee with your left hand and shift into your Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).

Anheso Pakuro Cha Kee
(Inside/Outside Kick / Axe Kick)

SOUTH

Without any additional movement, perform an Anheso Pakuro Cha Kee with your left foot. End in Hu Gul Jaseh (left leg forward).

Pahkeso Ahnuro Mahk Kee
(Outside/Inside Block)

SOUTH

Execute an Pahkeso Ahnuro Mahk Kee with your left hand while shifting into Jun Gul Jaseh (left leg forward).
21a. Jung Dan Kong Kyuk
(Center Punch, Front Stance)

SOUTH

Perform a Jung Dan Kong Kyuk with your right hand.
22. Doll Ryo Cha Kee
(Roundhouse Kick)

Execute an Ahp Doll Ryo Cha Kee with your right leg landing in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg in front).

(Low Block)

Perform a Ha Dan Mahk Kee with your right hand while shifting into Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).
23a. Ha Dan Kong Kyuk
(Low Punch)

SOUTH

Execute a Ha Dan Kong Kyuk with your left hand while remaining in Jun Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).
24. E Dan Ahp Cha Kee
(Jumping Front Kick) w/ Ki Hap

SOUTH 

Execute an E Dan Ahp Cha Kee with your right foot and simultaneously Ki Hap. Land in Hu Gul Jaseh (right leg forward).
25. Hu Gul Jaseh
(Fighting Stance)

NORTH

(Shi Sun: Looking over your left shoulder to the rear), turn to your left and finish in Hu Gul Jaseh (left leg forward.)

  Ba Ro Jaseh
(Return Stance)

NORTH

Bring left foot back and finish in Ba Ro Jaseh.
